Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band situated out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his adolescence chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), which includes their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
